"I'm in"

Hello Our 60th annual Children's Ball, co-chaired by Chris Keogh, Holly and Matt Maloney, and Trish Rooney, raised a record-breaking $3.8 million to benefit the Stanley Manne Children's Research Institute at Lurie Children's. The funds raised will further our five-year, $10 million commitment to support the full spectrum of vital research conducted at the Manne Research Institute.

Over 1100 guests came together on December 1, 2018 to celebrate and showcase the importance of continuing to be “all in” for the patients and families treated at Lurie Children’s. A few highlights from this year's program: a moving dance performance from Lurie Children's patient Ava Blaser and her sister Emma, an inspirational video featuring patients Zinnia and Lainee Jones, both of whom are being treated at Lurie Children's for beta thalassemia, a rare genetic blood disorder.

Special thanks to presenting sponsor, The Boeing Company, top sponsors Barneys New York, Goldman Sachs, CBRE, and GCM Grosvenor, and the 34 members of our illustrious Host Committee.
